We're looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Executive who can help us turn strong organic momentum into predictable revenue and directly contribute to our growth.
TrabajosOnline connects companies with top freelance talent, powered by our own infrastructure: a public API, hybrid fiat/crypto payments, and end-to-end automation.
We're growing ~10% month over month organically — with zero ad spend — already counting +1,300 registered professionals, ~51,000 LinkedIn followers (and ~400 new every week), and ~40 job posts published every day.
The product works and the audience is growing. Now we need someone to build the revenue engine on top of it.
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote-first role — with the option to work from our office in Chiclana (Cádiz) — working as a freelance collaborator (autónomo) and reporting directly to the founder. As our first Sales Executive, you'll own our already-defined sales funnel end to end: prospecting the right companies, running multichannel outreach, qualifying, presenting demos, and closing. You'll keep accurate records of your activity and pipeline, and work directly with the founder to refine the playbook as you go.
